Eat, Roam, Relish

Finally! EAT ROAM RELISH: Sarawak Malaysia has hit your screens here in Australia. For the rest of the world, it’s coming to your screens as early as August 2025.

This has been my biggest project for TV. The vision was to invite everyone to experience the unadulterated beauty, generosity and deliciousness of Sarawak, Malaysia and connect you with the most beautiful people. This is where mom is from and all my childhood years spending time in Sarawak could not have prepared me for the journey I was about to embark on. In this 6-part series, we uncover the people and community of Sarawak, the beautiful cuisine, the simplicity of livelihoods, the organic nature of foraging for sustenance leading to a great respect that exists between people and land, and finally, the incredible creativity of the people using materials collected from the jungle.

Producing this series has enriched my life and opened my eyes to so much. My heart is full.

Proudly created and produced by myself along with my most talented partners Benjamin O’Donnell and Giovanni Pacialeo from @DeliciousContent and our local crew @kayumalam who we now call family. This production is a true blend of a team that has learnt from and taught each other the Australian and Sarawakian way. I am indebted to the boys who have brought my vision to deepening my love of Sarawak to each and everyone of you! ❤️

MasterChef Australia

My journey in the culinary world began in 2012 as a contestant on MasterChef Australia 2012.

After 19 years in corporate telecommunications, I decided to ditch the old corporate gig and dived into the world of food. Life since has been incredible to say the least. I’ve cooked for the most incredible people, from private clients to curating menus for corporate events, to then becoming the judge on MasterChef Asia, then MasterChef Singapore.

It’s where my life in food started and this year 2025, I’m back on MasterChef Australia Back to Win to showcase the love I have for my cultural cuisine and to put me to the test once more!

Tasty Conversations

This is my cooking series, created in collaboration with the wonderful team at Carnival Productions. It’s a space where I get to explore, experiment, and share the stories behind the food I love. Every dish has a backstory, every flavour a purpose and I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery.

Tasty Conversations is where I play with unconventional flavours, reimagine the structure of a dish, and dive deep into the ingredients that inspire me. It’s a personal odyssey - one that’s constantly evolving as I uncover new techniques, meet passionate growers, and continue to refine my craft.

From my earliest memories cooking with family in Singapore, to the meals I now create as a mum and public personality, food has always been my way of staying connected to my roots, to people, and to culture.

In this series, I take you behind the scenes with the growers and producers who make it all possible. Together, we celebrate the paddock-to-table philosophy and the beauty of honest, delicious food. My approach is always real, always candid, and I hope it inspires you to cook, to connect, and to savour every bite.
